Peggy Ann Garvin

Graveside services for Mrs. Peggy Ann Garvin, 77, of Gladewater, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer with Reverend Don Ross officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home-Gilmer. The family will receive friends on Friday July 7, 2017 at the funeral home. Mrs. Garvin passed away on July 4, 2017, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

She was born on July 27, 1939 in Bradley, Alabama to Archie Durant King and Lura Elaine Howton King. Mrs. Garvin was a homemaker, a member of First Baptist Church of Gilmer and a member of Eastern Star Chapter #381 of Pittsburg.

She is survived by her son, Mark Ross Garvin; daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Mark Moore; sister and brother-in-law, Syble and John Wright; five grandchildren, Meghan Garvin, Mason Moore, Landen Moore, Rowan Moore and Brandi Garvin.

Mrs. Garvin was preceded in death by her parents.
