Robert "Bob" Joseph Gore

Mr. Robert “Bob” Joseph Gore, 81, of Hawkins, Texas was born on October 23, 1935, in Lawton, Oklahoma to Elmer Lee Gore and Agnes Mary Neu. He passed away Sunday morning, April 16, 2017, at his residence in Hawkins.

Mr. Gore married Wanda Lee Lacy on July 14, 1967, and they made Hawkins their home in 1972. Robert provided for his family as a self-employed carpenter and was a member of the Catholic faith.

Robert is survived by his wife, Wanda Lee Gore; daughter, Jennifer Ann Wallace; brother, Michael Lee Gore; sisters, Doris Ann Wiseman, and Gretchen Lynn James; grandchildren, Tiffany Dawn McCabe, Michael Shawn McCabe, Rachel Lacy Branham, Joseph Lee Gore, and Adrian Taylor Gore; and 4 precious great-grandchildren.

He will be truly missed by all the loving family and friends he leaves behind.

Mr. Gore was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Lee Gore and Agnes Mary Gore; son, Patrick Lee Gore; and daughter, Debra Jo McCabe

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins.
