Rolonda Lynn Hilton

Celebration of life services for Rolonda Lynn Hilton, 65, of Gladewater will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., at Croley Funeral home in the chapel with Brother Mark Hufhines and Larry W. Osborne officiating. Mrs. Hilton passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 at a family residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Hilton was born July 2, 1951 in Gladewater, Texas to the late Johney Enloe and Betty Jo Berry-Enloe. She married Jack David Hilton on April 24, 1979 and they spent 38 years together before her passing. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and grandmother, who will be dearly missed by all the loving family and friends she leaves behind.

Lynn loved to collect little things, with jiggers being said to be a large part of them. She had jiggers from just about all over. She loved a good garage sale where she found her treasures. Dragonflies were here favorites above all else and she could be seen wearing a dragonfly brooch on her sweater most of the time. She loved the outdoors, as she liked to fish and ride with her husband on his Harley. Lynn’s coworkers found her to be sweet, but all knew she was fiercely protective of her family, especially her sons and grandbabies.

She is survived by her husband David Hilton; two sons, Benjamin Enloe Hilton and David Lynn Hilton and wife Amanda; mother, Betty Jo Enloe; brothers, Thomas Enloe and wife Amy, Johney Enloe and wife Bobbie; three grandchildren, Rylan Jack Hilton, Adalynn Grace Hilton and Blakely Elissa Hilton, all of Gladewater, Texas.

Lynn is preceded in death by her father Johnny Enloe.
