Funeral services for Amy Lynn Burnett, 41, of Longview will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Liberty Baptist Church in Hawkins with Bro. Gary Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow at Grice Cemetery in Upshur County under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Born on January 1, 1973, in Paris, Texas to Gary Lynn and Virginia Carol Bowen Moore, and passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014 in Tyler. Amy was raised in Longview and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, Chuck Burnett; sons, Justin and David Burnett; daughters, Kellie Smallwood and Haleigh Burnett; brother, Ricky Dale Moore; sister, Tracey Gale Moore, best friend and sister, Monica Laughlin, grandchildren, Kaleigh Carter and Kayden Carter; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Pallbearers are Trent Smith, Jody Smith, Cody Bowen, T. J. Steele, Billy Steele and Ricky Dale Moore The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
