Billy Jack Berryhill

Funeral services for Billy Jack Berryhill, 69, of Montgomery, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Holly Tree Chapel in Holly Lake Ranch, Texas with Pastor Tim Mink officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins. Interment will follow at Holly Tree Cemetery.

Mr. Berryhill passed away on January 8, 2017 and was born on December 23, 1947 in Dallas, Texas to Travis O’Doniel and Mary Berryhill. He was a graduate of Sam Houston State University and retired from M-I Swaco after 43 years as the Director of Human Resources. Mr. Berryhill was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He loved being with his family and friends and spoiling his grandchildren rotten. Mr. Berryhill also enjoyed being on is boat at Lake Conroe, traveling, going on vacations and being at his lake house.

He is survived by his girlfriend of 16 years, Christine Morris and her daughter Ellen Morris; brothers and sisters, Travis, Eddie, Debbie Lawson and Norma Morrison, and their spouses; sons, Brett Berryhill and his wife, Jennifer and Jason Berryhill and his wife, Kelly; grandchildren, Skye, Brendon, Christian, Sara, Bailey, Emily, Jason and Luke.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Elizabeth Ann Berryhill; sisters, Barbara Ann and Rachel Holloway and his parents, Don and Mary Berryhill.

Pallbearers for the service will be Brett Berryhill, Jason Berryhill, Travis Berryhill, Eddie Berryhill, Brendon Berryhill, Jason Berryhill and Josh Berryhill.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins, Texas.
