Carroll Lindsey

Graveside services for Mrs. Carroll Lindsey 91, of Gilmer, will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, May 8, 2010, in Sunset Memorial Park with Bro. Wayne Norvell officiating. Mrs. Lindsey passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2010, in Gilmer. She was born in Ada, Oklahoma on December 22, 1918, and moved to the Gilmer area in 1978. Mrs. Lindsey was a homemaker and a member of Perryville Baptist Church. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Betsey Lindsey of Gilmer; daughter and son-in-law, Marian and Cloddie Henson of Gilmer; grandchildren, Kyle Henson and Brian Henson; and four great-grandchildren, Clayton Henson, Collin Henson, Julian Maillet and Rhys Henson. Mrs. Lindsey was preceded in death by her husband Arley E. Lindsey. The family will receive friends today, May 7, 2010, at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer from 6-8 p.m.
