Christopher Lynn Beason

Visitation for Christopher Lynn Beason, 48, of Hawkins will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at Croley Funeral Home in Hawkins. Mr. Beason passed Saturday, September 27, 2014 in Smith County. Mr. Beason was born August 29, 1966 in Pasadena, TX to William Dewey and Helen Jo Merriman Beason. He was a Mud Engineer for Baker Hughes Oil Field Company and had lived in Hawkins since 2003. Mr. Beason is survived by his wife Linda Beason of Hawkins; son and daughter-in-law, Jacob Preston and Kathy Beason of Jacksonville, NC; daughters and sons-in-law, Kirsten and Anthony Page of Kilgore, Alicia Beason of Dallas, Kelsey and Brandon Hayes of Liberty City and Kristina Beason of Hawkins; mother, Helen Jo Merriman of Longview; brothers and sisters-in-law, Barton and Pam Beason of Bentonville, AR and Joel William and Robin Beason of White Oak; four grandchildren, Landon Bradshaw, Joseph Beason, Liam Preston and River Hayes. He is preceded in death by his father, William Dewey Beason.
