Clorine Blanchard

Funeral services for Clorine Blanchard, 95, of Pritchett, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M., January 16, 2017 at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer, Texas with Bro. Randy Stracener and Bro. Wayne Norvell officiating. Interment will follow at Morris Cemetery in Upshur County, Texas.

Mrs. Blanchard passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017 and was born on November 20, 1921 in Vivian, Oklahoma to Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Lawson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William Henry Blanchard of Pritchett, Texas and one grandchild and two great grandchildren.

Mrs. Blanchard is survived by three daughters, Lavern Turner of Liberty, Texas, Freda Sparks of Pritchett, Texas and Sandra Miner and her husband, Ken of Waxahachie, Texas; four sons, Lesley A. Hunter and wife, Carolyn of Newsome, Texas, Tommy Hunter of Tyler, Texas, James C. Hunter and wife, Wanda of Gilmer and William L. Blanchard of Tyler, Texas; sixteen grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren and forty-one great-great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
