Dale Albert James

Dale Albert James, 49, of Gladewater passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021, in Longview. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. A private Celebration of Life was held by the family.

Dale was born August 5, 1972 in Iowa City, Iowa to the late Ward Albert James and Serita Ann Vincent. Dale worked for Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors in Grinnell, IA. He enjoyed playing disc golf, playing with his pit bull Uboo and spending time with family and friends. Dale will not soon be forgotten by all the loving family and friends he leaves behind.

Dale is survived by two daughters Karenzya James and Maria James; four sisters Tammy Mullins, Jean “Moe” Mosley, Jean Caffey (Tim) and Catherine Mosley (Mark); brother Troy James; brother-in-laws Gerry Saltsman, David Billingsley and Billy Mullins; grandchildren Addlynn Ross, Preston McConnell, Jr., Dex McConnell and Renee Brown; nieces and nephews B.J. Mullins (Ashley), Aaron Mullins, Crystal Stevens, Joey Stevens, Justin Mullins (Halee), Amanda Mullins (Eric Godfrey), Jenny Capps (Brandon Irwin), Sherry Saltsman (Blake Wilson), Norman Saltsman, Matthew Saltsman, Joel James, Brian James, David Billingsley (Jamie), Stacey Billingsley and Ariel James as well as many loving friends.
