Donald Lee Henson

Graveside services for Donald Lee Henson, 81, of Longview, will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2013, at 10 A.M. at Gladewater Memorial Park with Brother David Reynolds officiating. Born on February 3, 1932, in Belcherville, Texas, he died on Monday, September 16, 2013. He was retired from Dowell Schlumberger and from Darnell Independent School District. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He is survived by two sons, Tommy and Pat Henson of Gladewater; Bill and Shelagh Henson of Ardmore, Oklahoma; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Richard Kennedy of Germany; 9 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday, September 20, 2013, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
