Edgar D. Lagrone

Funeral services for Edgar D. Lagrone, 78, of Tyler will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Lafayette Cemetery in Upshur County. Reverend Ray Thompson and Bro. Aaron Reynolds will be officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home. He passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015 in Overton, Texas. Mr. Lagrone was born on September 19, 1937 in Gilmer to David Randolph and Ella Marie Courtney Lagrone. Mr. Lagrone served in the Unites States Army in Korea and Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, June Lagrone; daughters, Sally Cole Sharon Elizabeth Reynolds and husband, Walter, Sandra Juarez and husband, Jay; grandchildren, Raegan Reynolds Mirick, Aaron Chase Reynolds, Marlaina Tyler Latchaw; great-grandchildren, Nathan Lee Mirick, Jacob Chalas Mirick, Isabelle Claire Mirick, Vera Aubrey Reynolds and Naomi Kate Reynolds. Mr. Lagrone was preceded in death by his sons, Robert and David Lagrone, and granddaughter, Maegan Reynolds. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
