Edgar Earl Albright

Graveside services for Edgar Earl Albright, 83, of Gilmer will be 2:00 a.m., Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Kelsey Cemetery in Upshur County with Thurman Albright officiating. Interment will be in Kelsey Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Albright passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012 at a Gilmer nursing home. Mr. Albright was born May 30, 1929 in Upshur County, Texas, to Edgar and Stella Albright. He was a retired machine operator with Robroy Industries, had lived most of his life in Upshur County and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his son, Stephen Albright of Beaumont, Texas; daughter, Debra Gonzalez of Gilmer; brothers, Owen Albright of Rosewood, Thurman Albright of Pittsburg and Gayle Albright of Mt. Pleasant; sisters, Dorothy Buchanan of Rosewood and Lula Bell Yates of Gilmer; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by son, Ricky Albright. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
