Elizabeth Ann Adkins

Services for Ms. Elizabeth (Lit) Adkins 78, of Gilmer will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday March 13, 2010 at Oak Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Wayne McKay officiating and burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery under the direction of Croley Funeral Home. Ms. Adkins passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2010 in Gilmer. She was born August 14, 1931, in Upshur County, Texas to Marshall and Loma Purdy Holmes. Ms. Adkins was a homemaker and a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by her son Mark Adkins of Gilmer, daughter April Parker of Longview, sister Ella Grace Nation of Gilmer, four grandchildren, Charles Parker, Devon Parker, Taryn Salle and Garrett Adkins; two great grandchildren, Tyleigh Sallee, Brayden Clinton. Family will receive friends on Friday, March 12 at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm.
