Eula Corene Downing

Services for Eula Corene Downing, 88, of Gladewater will be Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Wendell Reaves officiating. Interment will follow services at Friendship Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation hours. Mrs. Downing passed away on Monday, August 16, 2016 in Gladewater. Mrs. Downing was born May 22, 1928 in Alba, Texas to the late Brub Holland and Liddie Williams. Eula was a member of the Nazarene Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and homemaker. Eula will be truly missed by all the loving family and friends she leaves behind. She is survived by her daughters Patricia Baker of Sulphur Springs and Margaret Wright of Winona; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; special friend and neighbor Ken Vattee as well as many other loving family and friends.
