Frankie "Snuffy" Willard Castloo

Services for Frankie Willard "Snuffy" Castloo, 71, of Simpsonville will be held 10:00 A.M, Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Soules Chapel United Methodist Church in Upshur County, Texas with Bro. Charles Johnson, Reverend Tim Ruland and Reverend Steve Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Soules Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Castloo was born on November 11, 1940, to Jess Willard and Velma Rosetta Curl Castloo in Mineola, Texas. He married Linda Gay Fennell in Idabel, Oklahoma on May 9, 1960. Mr. Castloo worked for the Longview Fire Department retiring after 22 " years of service. He lived most of his life in the Simpsonville area and was a member of the Soules Chapel United Methodist Church. Mr. Castloo is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gay "Two MaMa" Castloo of Simpsonville, Texas; sons and daughters-in-law, Chuck and Risa Castloo of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas, Ken and Kari Castloo of Nome, Texas; Stan Castloo of California; daughter and friend Kim Hammer and James Roberts of Euless; sister, Dorothy Dugger of Gilmer and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Jan Castloo; Bill and Velma Scarborough; grandson, Marshall Anthony Castloo; sister, Aline Meeks and brother-in-law, Mabry Dugger. Pallbearers are Aaron Castloo, Anthony Castloo, Brantsen Castloo, Chase Hammer. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Gipson, Pat McNeal, Eloy May, Gary Drennan, Mike Drennan, Mitchell Whisenhunt, Michael Gipson, Robert Anderson, Tommy Jackson, Joe Mooris, Willey Langford, Eddie Davis, James Davis, Jerry Mosley, Carl Halcumb, Kevin Clemens, Jerry Smith, Charles Lee, Paul Williams, Ron Williams, Mike Ashley and Paul Williams, Jr. Graveside honors will be rendered by Longview Fire Department Honor Guard and Longview Fire Department Pipes and Drums. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 12, 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
