Obituary for George Quentin Pritchett

Memorial graveside service for Mr. George Quentin Pritchett, 71, of Gilmer will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Park Gilmer with Mr. Phil Fowler officiating. Mr. Pritchett passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020, in Longview.

Mr. Pritchett was born September 6, 1949 in Gilmer, Texas to the late Quentin and Nelcine Edwards Pritchett. George worked as an electrical engineer for Upshur Rural until his retirement. He is survived by his wife Mary Pritchett of Gilmer; son, Chris Pritchett and wife, Karli Pritchett of Gilmer; daughter, Carrie Pritchett and husband, Grant Sergi of Pearland; sister, Annette Ellis of Gilmer; grandchildren, George Quentin Pritchett II, Brody Pritchett, and Brooklyn Pritchett; and his faithful dog, Charlie.
