Grace Elaine Feaker

Celebration of Life services for Grace Elaine Feaker, 84, of Hawkins, will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 20, 2019 at the Church of God at 1106 W. Broadway St. in Big Sandy. Mrs. Feaker passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at her home surrounded by loving family.

Gracie was born May 7, 1934 in Bangor, Iowa to the late Allen Leslie Coleman and Sylvia Dollie Holliday Coleman. Gracie worked in several jobs over the years, including owning a pet store before retiring from Kilgore College in 1997 where she worked in the custodial department. She was a longtime faithful member of the Church of God. Gracie enjoyed crocheting, sewing, working puzzles, gardening and spending time with family and friends. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother grandmother, great grandmother and homemaker. Gracie will truly be missed by all those she leaves behind.

She is survived by her husband Ronald Feaker; two daughters Karen Dean and Glenda Elliott; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren as well as many other loving family and friends.

The family requests that any floral tributes be delivered to Mrs. Feaker’s daughter Karen Dean’s residence at 2967 FM 2659, Big Sandy, TX.
