Services for Mrs. Ima Jean Upchurch,76, of Gilmer will be held 2:00 P.M, Tuesday, November 2, 2010, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Paul Chandler and Bro. Madison Caffey officiating and interment to follow at Enon Cemetery in Upshur County. Mrs. Upchurch passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2010 in Gilmer. She was born December 10, 1933, in Upshur County, Texas to Andrew Jackson and Alma Lois Nipper Fuller. On January 27, 1969, she married Charles Wayne Upchurch and was a homemaker and celebrated her Baptist faith. Mrs. Upchurch is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Brenda Upchurch of Gilmer; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary and Jimmy Tackett of Gilmer, Cindy and Arthur Crouch of Longview; grandchildren, Jimmy and Angie Cullins, Nikki and Jeff Moore, Mike and Karin Tackett, Tim and Shaye Tackett, B. J. and Britney Upchurch, Brandi Upchurch, Bubba and Milisa Crouch, Denise and Robert Thomas, Justin and Erika Crouch; 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Charles Wayne Upchurch, 2 daughters, Nancy Dacus Madden and Geraldine Dacus and great-granddaughter, Brittini Crouch. Pallbearers are, Billy Upchurch, Jimmy Cullins, Mike Tackett, Bubba Crouch, Tim Tackett, B. J. Upchurch, Brandi Upchurch and Jordan Moore. Honorary Pallbearers are Shawn Sims, Jacob and Ashley Cullins. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 1, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
