Jacky was born on June 20, 1975, in Anaco Anzoategui, Venezuela to Jack Fair and Aristalia Rivero. She is survived by her mother, Aristalia Rivero; sons, Brandon Fair and wife, Luimar, Oliver and Steven Ledezma; sisters, Jana Knox and husband, Patton, and Ramona Fair; nephews, Jesse Davis, and PJ Knox; and niece, Chloe Knox
She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Fair.
