Jane Stauffacher

Gaytha Jane (White) Stauffacher, 87, of Lake Murvaul Community passed away Friday, July 15, 2022, in Nacogdoches. She was born on December 31, 1934 in Tennessee Community, TX to the late Homer and Ruby (Crawford) White. Jane graduated from Marshall High School.
Jane helped own and operate retail greenhouses for many years and was an avid gardener. She also worked for several years at Dillard’s Department Store.
She is survived by her three sons, Michael K. wife Terry, Jones, Danny M. wife Cheryl, Jones, and Ricky S. wife, Melody Jones; sisters, Aletta Bennett and Sharon Ziegler, twenty-one grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Ruby White; brother, Don White; sister, Valle Clark and her husband, Casper K. Stauffacher.
Funeral Services for Jane will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 12:00 noon at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow in the Enoch Cemetery.
