Cremation services are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home, Gladewater, Texas. Joe was born in Pearl Texas to Wesley and Leota Graham on March 26, 1939. Joe was a broadcast engineer working for Sony. He is survived by his daughter Gloria Beall of White Oak, Texas.
