Judy Ferguson Bailey

Funeral services for Judy Ferguson Bailey, 64, of Gilmer, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Brian Zappa officiating. Interment will follow at West Mountain Cemetery in Upshur County, Texas.

Mrs. Bailey passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 in Longview and was born on August 5, 1952 in Gilmer, Texas to Howard and Dorothy Ferguson. She was a Special Education teacher for Gilmer ISD, Pine Tree ISD and a member of Union Grove Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by her sons, Joseph Gage, Adam Bailey, Mark Bailey, Joel Bailey, Darrel Bailey; daughters, Linda Waters, Jody “Shelly Waters” Fierros and husband Agustin, and Meagan Bailey; brother, Robert Ferguson; sisters, Nancy Thompson, Eudean Heard, Mury Davis, Robin Laastad and numerous grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Bailey who passed away in 2015; brothers, Dale Ferguson, John Ferguson and Jeff Ferguson and sister, JoAnn Loftis.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer.
