Katherine Ann McClain

Graveside service for Mrs. Katherine Ann McClain, age 82, of Gilmer, Texas will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Turner Branch Cemetery in Spurger, Texas with Bro. Wayne Norvell officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 3:00 until 5:00 pm at Croley Funeral Home of Gilmer.
Katherine was born on June 30, 1936 in Beaumont, Texas to the late David and Katie Lee Cooper Jenkins. She worked as probation officer in Hardin County for many years and is of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Mack McClain; daughter, Suzanne Parish; brother, David Jenkins; sister, Elaine Gore; one grandson, Troy Parish and his wife, Beth; and four great grandchildren, Elijah, Noah, Ezekiel, and Jesse Parish.
Katherine is preceded in death by her parents.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Smith, Darrel Wilson, Chris Jenkins, Troy Parish, J.C. Morris, and Jack Gore.
