Larry Ray Tucker

Larry Ray Tucker, 53, of Big Sandy, Texas passed away on November 13, 2022. Larry was the son of Carolyn Tucker.

Larry was known for his big heart and hugging everyone he encountered. He treasured watching the Golden Girls and much like the theme song says, was always a friend. Larry loved everyone without hesitation. Being outdoors on his walks was where he could be found if he wasn’t watching his favorite show. His kind heart and adoring nature will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Larry is survived by his mother, Carolyn Tucker; brother, Lloyd “Bubba” Tucker and wife Janie; sister, Christine “Tine” Sholars and husband Sam; nieces and nephews, Randy Tucker, Zach Tucker, Kelli Tucker, Stephen Sholars, Delilah Sholars, and David Sholars; house parent, Stevie Brannon and wife Lisa; as well as many other loving family and friends.

Larry is preceded in death by his father, James Tucker.
