Services for Mrs. Linda Faye Johnson, 68 of Winnsboro will be held 11: A.M. on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer with Bro. Richard Wells officiating. Burial will follow at Simpsonville Cemetery in Upshur County. Mrs. Johnson passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014 in Winnsboro. She was born on November 26, 1945, in Athens, Texas to Marvin Lee Camp Jr. and Katy M. Wendel Camp. On May 1, 1981, Linda married Roy Dale Johnson and was a homemaker. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Simpsonville Baptist Church and the WMU. She is survived by her husband, Roy D. Johnson; son, David Keith Elder and wife, Heather of Justin, TX; daughters, Karen Chancellor and husband, Brian of Wichita Falls, TX., Lynda Elaine Jones and husband, Rodger of Holliday, TX; brother, Marvin L. Camp, Jr. and wife, Sharon of Liberty City; twin sister, Judy K. Hughes of Frankston; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents.
