Lynda Gayle Spencer

Lynda was born on July 14, 1939 in Atlanta, Texas, to the late Leroy and Olna Maloney Dalrymple and passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021. She was an educator for more than 30 years and retired as a Counselor for Gilmer ISD. Ms. Spencer is survived by her sons, Dr. Randall Spencer, DVM, Carol Spencer, and Mike Spencer and wife, Debbie all of Gilmer; sisters, Debra Dalrymple and Judy Glendenning; and grandchildren, Kirby, Chase, Cy, Casey, and Caulen Spencer.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and former husband, Byron Spencer.
A private graveside service for Ms. Lynda Gayle Spencer will be held under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
