Marige Pauline Price

Graveside services for Mrs. Margie Price, 86 of Gilmer will be held 2:00 P.M, Saturday, December 10, 2011, at Sunset Memorial Park with Pastor Michael Richard Pyle officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Price passed away on Wednesday, December 7, in Gilmer. Mrs. Price was born on November 14, 1925, in Eldorado, Arkansas to Minor and Alma Davidson Pyle. She married Harold Price on May 1951 and he preceded her in death on March 16, 2007. Mrs. Price was an operator at General Telephone before her retirement and a member of First United Methodist Church, Ore City. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Les and Teresa of Longview; daughter, Gwen Langford of Gilmer; brother, Morgan Pyle of Mooringsport, La.; grandchildren, Sean and Seth Price. Mrs. Price is preceded in death by her brothers, Quintin, L. G., Thomas Pyle and sister, Adele Hudson. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 9, from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
