McBee Melton

Services for Mr. Melton Ray McBee, 73, of Springdale, Ark. died Friday, April 2, 2010 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born September 4, 1936 in Gilmer, Texas to James Elmer and Faye Ellison McBee. Ray was a Banker and a truck driver for many years. He was an American Legion Baseball Umpire and he enjoyed visiting Bailey"s Style Shop. Survivors include his wife Lou Ann Mc Bee of the home to whom he was married on March 1, 1960; one son Shannon McBee and wife Lori of Clarksville; one daughter Pam McBee of Austin, Texas; one brother Bill McBee of Ennis, Texas; two sisters Dot Finney of Shreveport, LA and Nettie Lambert of Gilmer, Texas; two grandchildren, Allison and Dylan McBee. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with Reverend Jasper Hankins officiating. Cremation will follow after the service. Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday April 9, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer, Texas under the direction of Croley Funeral Home.
