GILMER "Funeral services for Michael V. Shaw, 61, of Gilmer will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Steven Dugger officiating. Mr. Shaw passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at his home in Gilmer. He was born on August 7, 1954 in Harrison Township, Michigan to Robert C. and Virginia McCellon Shaw. He was a meter technician for 38 years at Upshur Rural Electric Co-Op and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Shaw is survived by his wife, Jennifer Shaw; son, Michael Keith Shaw of Gilmer; daughters, Pamela Jane Shaw of Gilmer, Kimberly Gayle Shaw and husband, Lee Dickinson of Gladewater; brother, Robert D. Shaw and wife, Ruth Jean of Maryland; sisters, Donna M. Seale of San Angelo, Cheryl Grimmett and husband, Ron of Gilmer; grandchildren, Emily and Dexter Dickinson and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. until time of service. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer
