Ouida Hardin Phillips

Ouida Augusta Haight Hardin Phillips, 93, our sweet mother and grandmother, went to be with Jesus on May 30, 2022. She was born on November 15, 1928 in Center, Texas to the late Clerence and Carlotta McCrary Haight.
Ouida is survived by her children, Ben and his wife, Ruthie, Hardin, Charlotte Lucas and Neena and her husband, Gary, Harris; her grandchildren, Melissa Miller, Wesley Hardin, Jared Norman and Dennis Wayne Lucas; and her great-grandchildren, Presley, Chandler, William, Paige, Nathaniel, Jax and Julz; as well as many other extended family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother and sister, as well as her granddaughter, Deanna Hardin.
A Celebration of life will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, June 3, 2022 at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, where a visitation will be held one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow the services in Rusk County Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
