Russell Eugene Loveless

Cremation arrangements for Russell Eugene Loveless, 83, of Longview are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater. Mr. Loveless passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019, at his home surrounded by family.

Russell was born December 21, 1935 in Rochester, New York to the late Elmer Oscar Loveless and Bessie Venus Rivenburg Loveless. Mr. Loveless served in the United States Air Force. He was the owner and operator of Loveless Tree and Stump Removal. Russell enjoyed classic country music, karaoke, bowling and shooting pool. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will not soon be forgotten by those he leaves behind.

Russell is survived by his loving wife Cecilia Loveless; son Stephen Loveless; daughters Michelle Owens and Jana Loveless; sisters Charlotte Allen and Esther Long; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren as well as many other loving family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jimmy Loveless, Eddie Loveless and Richard Loveless, sister Ilene Briggs and a grandson Nathan Cristifeur Loveless

A celebration of life will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2020, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Gladewater.
