Stephanie Rowe Hamberlin

Funeral service for Stephanie Rowe Hamberlin, 65, of Longview will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 26, 2018 at Mobberly Baptist Church (625 East Loop 281, Longview, TX) with Dr. Glynn Stone officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Gilmer. Mrs. Hamberlin passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Hamberlin was born September 21, 1952 in Gilmer. She was a retired teacher and counselor with GISD, a lifetime resident of Gilmer and a member of Mobberly Baptist Church where she was very active in the choir.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Hamberlin of Longview; son, Heath Hamberlin and wife, Shelley of Longview; daughter, Hayley Hamberlin of Longview; brother, Donny Rowe of Longview; sisters, Debbie Rowe Davis and husband, Terry of Hurst and Carla Rowe Adkinson and husband, Randy of Gilmer; sister-in-law, Juanez Hamberlin Fuller and husband, Randy of Liberty City and Patti Hamberlin Gray and husband, Bret of Gilmer; grandchildren, Laynie Hamberlin, Kate Hamberlin, Ava Hamberlin and Barrett Hamberlin; numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Hamberlin is preceded in death by her parents, Carlton “Jake” and Wynema Rowe.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Loyd, Justin Hodges, Dr. Gerald Walton, Ricky McDonald, Steven Schoon and Chad Burkhalter.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mark Barton and Doug Pilcher.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mobberly Baptist Church.
