Terry Beth Sims Paredes, 71, passed away on October 23, 2021, in Longview, Texas.

Terry Beth Sims Paredes was born on August 12, 1950 in Zwolle, LA, to John Lucas Sims and Angie Smith Sims.

Terry spent her life always giving to others much more than she ever asked in return. She was the head of her family in so many ways. Terry devoted her life to God and her family.

Terry is survived by Tony Paredes - son, of Jefferson, SaDarrion Paredes - son, of Tyler, Melinda Strickland - daughter, of Longview, Ava Paredes - daughter, of Jefferson, Paula Wenner - sister, of Washington, Gary Lynn Sims Jr - nephew, grandchildren; Steven (Stephanie) Rodriguez , Carlita (Ned) Dent, Heather Solis, Shyanna Rodriguez, Bethanie Craver, Chris Craver, Garry Craver, Jennie Paredes, Tony Paredes Jr., Jesse (Hailey) Dominguez, Terra Paredes, Aaron Lopez, Lillie Vasquez, Lucas Vasquez, Seth Bolden, Elise Paredes, as well as 17 great grandchildren.

Terry is preceded in death by John Lucas Sims - father, Angie Smith - mother, Melissa Rodriguez - daughter, Gary Sims - brother, Stavian Rodriguez – grandchild

Services for Terry Parades will be held at Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer, Texas on October 30, 2021, 2 O'Clock in the afternoon with a visitation 1 hour prior to service.

A celebration of life memorial will be held right after the graveside service at the Denton Residence 1404 N Whatley Road White Oak, Texas 75693.
