Services for Mrs. Thelma Casey 85, of Gilmer, will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday June 11, 2010, at Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rickie Gipson officiating under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Casey passed away on Monday, June 7, 2010 in Tyler. She was born September 29, 1924, in Colquitt, GA. to Samuel and Callie Guy. Mrs. Casey was a twenty year resident of Gilmer and a member of the Protestant faith. Mrs. Casey is survived by sons and daughter-in-laws, Rick and Pat Casey, Larry and Jackie Cameron, and son Terry Cameron; daughter Janice Cates, 10-grandchildren and 23-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in Death by her husband Fred Casey, brother Elis Guy and one grandchild. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, June 10, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
