William Wiley Shaddox

After 89 years and 25 days of living, William Wiley Shaddox gave up his breath of life and went to sleep in death with his loving wife of 67 years by his side. He died peacefully in the house he built with his own two hands. William Shaddox "Shad" is survived by his wife, Willma Faye; sons, William Kelly, Billy Gene, Larence Lee and daughter Wanda Fay. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well a host of people who knew him and called him a friend and a good man. He will be missed. Now he will rest at Gladewater Memorial Park awaiting the resurrection promised by the only true God, Jehovah, through his son, Jesus. Then he will be called forth to see the new earth. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, November 13, 2015, at Gladewater Memorial Park in Gladewater, Texas with brother Roger Carroll officiating. Visitation will be at Gladewater Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2015.
