Services for Abe B Pace, 85 of Gilmer Texas will be at 4:00 PM , Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer, with Rev. Marion Coon officiating. Interment will be at Gladewater Memorial Cemetery in Gladewater, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Abe B Pace passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Longview. Abe B Pace was born July 25, 1927 in Corsicana Texas to Solomon Stephen Pace and Alpha Idora Richardson. He was a Baptist and a member of Sand Hill Baptist Church in Sand Hill Texas. Abe B Pace is preceded in death by his Wife: Dorothy Davis Pace; Brothers: Delbert Pace; Odis Pace; Bill Pace; D.P. Pace; J. D. Pace and twin Fabe Pace; Sisters: May Pace; Elsie Walker and Hazel Miller. Abe is survived by his son and daughter in law Doug and Tami Pace of Gilmer; daughter and son in law Patsy (Pace) and Chip Dickerson of Gilmer; Brother: J. L. Pace of White Oak; Sister Doris Gage of White Oak, Texas; 7 Grandchildren; 7 Great-Grandchildren.
