Anna Belle Kern

Anna Belle Kern, 89, of Gilmer, Texas passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 in Gilmer. She was born on May 16, 1927 in Ark City, Kansas, was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

Mrs. Kern is survived by her son, Paul Kern, Jr. and his wife Krysti of Gilmer; daughter, Anita Kern of Marion, Iowa; grandchildren, Cody Kern of Austin, Texas, Tanner Kern and his wife Kai of Yukon, Oklahoma, Brooke Starling and her husband Deontia of Gilmer, Cole Kern and Bradyn Jenkins of Gilmer; great grandchildren, Kinsley Starling and Vivian Jenkins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Kern, Sr.; parents, Lamar Mast and Anna Moncravie Hardy; brothers, Lamar “Mick” Mast and William Moncravie and sister, Florence Nimitz.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer.
