Anna Mildred Koontz

Anna Mildred Koontz passed away Friday, November 18, 2023, in her sleep. She was born on June 17, 1935, in Jacksonville, Florida. She married James Koontz on July 17, 1953.

Anna was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl Koontz Grimes and a granddaughter, Misty Koontz.

She is survived by her husband James Koontz, her children; Debbie Koontz Marberry and husband Allen, Barry Koontz and wife Paula, and Barbara Koontz Thorton and husband Randy, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank all the workers at Heritage Home in Longview for taking such good care of Anna. They would also like to thank Heart to Heart Hospice and Concho Hospice as well.

Memorial services for Anna will be held at a later date.
