Graveside services for Barbara Carter, 71, of Big Sandy, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2010, at Cypress Cemetery in Franklin County. Cremation arrangements are by Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mrs. Carter died July 6, 2010, in Big Sandy. Born March 29, 1939, in Saltillo, she was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Jearl Carter; son, Mark Carter; daughters, Rachel Ibarra and Dixie Norris; and brother, Bobby McCoy. Please leave online condolences at www.croleyfh.net
