Barbara Jo Calhoun

Barbara Jo Calhoun, 74, of Gladewater, Texas passed away on March 16, 2022. Barbara was born in Gilmer, Texas to Joseph “JT” and Fay Fitzgerald.

Barbara Jo was a devoted mother and homemaker. She loved to take care of her family and those around her. She was always available with a helping hand to those she loved.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Tammy Willoughby; sisters, Cherry Knowles and Amy Jo Fitzgerald Clark; grandchildren, Deanna Pelaez, Jeffrey Willoughby, Eric Willoughby, Cody Willoughby, and Shyann Renee; great-grandchildren, Christian Pelaez, Colby Pelaez, Christopher Pelaez Jr. and Coralyn Willoughby.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, JT and Fay Fitzgerald; daughter, Glenna Renee Till-Turner; and great-granddaughters, Haylee Turner and Exie Medlin.

Services are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater, Texas. A visitation will be held in the Croley Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, March 19 from 6:30 to 8:30 in the evening with a funeral service in the chapel on Sunday at 2:00 pm.
