Graveside Services for Billy Ramsey, 51, of Gilmer, will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, February3, 2018, at Cherokee Cemetery. Billy passed away on Saturday, January 27, in Gilmer.
Billy was born on July 9, 1966, in Longview, to William Felton and Sylvia Jane Ramsey. Billy was loved by his family and friends and will be truly missed.
He is survived by his mother, Sylvia Ramsey; wife, Deborah Ramsey; son, Christopher Ramsey; brothers, Sammy, Brandon and Cory Ramsey; a sister, Tina Cherry; four grandchildren; and a host of relatives.
