No services are planned for Blue Boy 'B.B.' Horton, 91, of Gilmer with Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Horton passed away Saturday, June 11, 2017 in a Gilmer nursing home. Born on December 15, 1925, in Chajndler, Texas, he died on Sunday, June 11, 2017.
A veteran of the United States Navy, he served during World War Ii and the Korean Conflict. He was retired from electrical maintenance.
He is survived by his wife, Crystal Horton; four sons, Steve Horton, Dan Horton, Dale Horton, and Barry Horton; two daughters, Nancy Cox and Virginia Russell; eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
No visitation is scheduled.
