Funeral services for Bobby Daylon Johnston, 34, of Gilmer will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 13, 2011 at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel in Gilmer with Pastor Don Kitchell officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Upshur County. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Johnston passed away Friday, in Longview, Texas. Mr. Johnston was born September 11, 1976 in Gilmer to Bobby Jack and Margaret Johnston. He was a lifetime resident of Gilmer and a member of the Life Tabernacle Oneness Pentecostal Church in Gilmer. He is survived by his parents: Bobby and Margaret Johnston; brother: David Johnston; sister: Tami Johnston; and paternal grandparents: Robert and Lavon Johnston. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents: Luther and Oma Holeman. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Gilmer.
