Bobby Wayne Haney

Bobby Wayne Haney, 66, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012 at his residence. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Haney was born March 21, 1944 to Sam and Jeffie McClure Haney. He was retired and had worked in the maintenance departments of LeTourneau and TU Electric, a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the Baptist faith. Mr. Haney is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Kelly and Angela Haney of Gilmer; daughter Kristy Haney of Houston; mother of his children, Beverly Haney of Turner Town; grandchildren, Bryan Utley, Samuel Haney and Jayden Fincher. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Nancy Poovey. Memorial services for Mr. Haney will be held at a later date.
