Boyd Wesley "Chubby" Hill

Celebration of Life services for Boyd Wesley “Chubby” Hill, 95, of White Oak will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2018, at the White Oak Baptist Church in White Oak with Reverend Michael Heim officiating. The family will greet friends an hour prior to the service. Mr. Hill passed away Friday, January 5, 2018 in Longview.

Mr. Hill was born February 14, 1922 to the late Jesse Tison Hill and Gertrude Cox Hill, in Big Sandy, Texas. Boyd was a member of the White Oak Baptist Church. Mr. Hill served in the United States Army during World War II. Boyd worked as a cabinet maker for many years before retiring. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather who will be forever remembered by all the loving family and friends he leaves behind.

He is survived by his wife Patsy Hill; three daughters Carolyn Hearron and husband Don, Pamela Minor and husband Richard and Barbara Fergus; four grandchildren Bryan Hearron, Amy Jo Hearron, Christi Tittle and Morgan Nelson; seven great grandchildren Connor Hearron, Nate Hearron, Nory Mae Hearron, Tanner Tittle, Tucker Tittle, Trista Tittle and Luke Nelson; numerous nieces, nephews as well as many other family and friends.
