Brenda Blear Collins was born on April 7, 1946, in Gladewater, Texas, and passed away on July 7, 2026, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Brenda spent her professional life in sales for Power Tech Propeller, where she approached her work with diligence and integrity, making meaningful connections with clients and

colleagues alike. Her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence were reflections of her character and set a true example for those who knew her in her professional endeavors.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Danny Collins of Waskom; son, Michael Estes and wife Tanya of Shelbyville; daughters, Angela Phillips and husband Kelly of

Waskom, Janet Webb and husband Jeff of Gilmer, Tonya Head and husband Dean of Bullard; grandchildren, Jeffrey Estes, Brad Estes, J.C. Tanksley, Seth Tanksley, Tyler Webb, Michael Webb, Ethan Williams, Paula Slade, Caitlyn Banks and Southern Summers.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Samuel Blear and Euna Marie Fitts Blear.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026, at West Mountain Cemetery.
