Those who knew Brenda will remember her for her bright smile and joyous laughter, her commitment to her family, her giving nature and her adventurous soul. Brenda was the devoted partner of her husband, standing by him in ill health and accompanying him on fun-filled trips across the United States. She loved celebrations and held many parties and get-togethers for family and friends. The dedicated daughter of Ray and Coy, she was never far from them. After her father’s passing, Brenda was the constant companion for her mother, Coy. Her children were fortunate to have such a loving, intelligent, generous woman to call “Mom”, “Grandma Brenda” and “GiGi”. Her memory lives on through her daughter, Natalie Hendricks Pitt, her grandchildren, David Blake Brown and Audrey Raye Brown and her great-granddaughter, Katherine Elizabeth Brown. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will profoundly miss her.
