Charles Preston Bowen

Charles Preston (Scooter) Bowen 60 of Gilmer TX passed away on November 1st 2023.

He was born on September 23rd, 1963 to Winford E. Bowen and Lois Marie Watson Bowen in Longview
TX.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.

Those left to cherish his memory are: Girlfriend: Angie
Ramsey, Sisters: Patricia Williams (Morgan), Judy Williams (Lloyd). Brothers: Quintus Ray Williams
(Cathy), Glenn Bowen (Deanna), numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many cherished friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Charles Williams.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
