Charles Carroll Tucker

Charles "Chuck" Tucker was a devoted son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Born on September 28, 1958, Charles peacefully passed away on March 23, 2024, surrounded by his family in Longview, TX. His kind spirit and gentle nature touched the lives of all who knew him.

Charles, affectionately known as Chuck, was a dedicated truck driver for Delta, Stroh's and Trinity Industries,  jobs that he took pride in every day. His commitment to providing for his family showed his unwavering work ethic and love for those closest to him. 

His memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends. They will hold dear the many memories of Charles, from road trips, fishing, car racing, watching westerns, being outdoors and tinkering with things, to evenings spent together.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, O.C. (Tiny) and Nell Tucker,  his wife Frances Tucker, and brother in law Steve Snider.
Left to cherish his memories are his sons; Brandon Tucker and wife Mary, and Shannon Ferguson and wife Amanda; and a sister, Lana Snider.  Charles will also be deeply missed by his three grand daughters; Bailey Ferguson, McKenzie Tucker and McKayla Tucker, and his niece Emily Snider as well as a host of family and friends. 

As we say our final farewells to Chuck, let us remember the light he brought into the world and the love he shared with those around him. 

A Celebration of Life service for  Chuck and Fran Tucker (9/8/2022) will be held at 1 Family Fellowship, 3152 Waldrons Ferry Road in Hallsville, Texas 75650 at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday April 13, 2024.
In lieu of flowersm, donations can be made to 1 Family Fellowship in memory of Chuck and Fran Tucker. .
