Christopher Lewis Williams was born on December 25, 1967, in Japan to Frederick Williams and Tricia Yasuko Williams. He passed away on July 3, 2026, in Gladewater, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of service, curiosity, and quiet strength.

Christopher served honorably in both the Navy and the Marines, where he was known for his courage, commitment, and discipline. His military career reflected a deep sense of duty and resilience, and he carried those values with him throughout his life. His service and sacrifice in defense of his country will be remembered with lasting gratitude and respect.

Outside of his military service, Christopher had a thoughtful and inquisitive spirit. He was an avid reader and lifelong learner who found joy in exploring new ideas, cultures, and languages. Christopher is survived by his children, Christopher Lewis Williams, Jr., Phillip Williams, Shannon Williams, and Nathan Williams; as well as his six grandchildren.

Christopher was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Williams.
